W Abu Dhabi - Yas Island, Abu Dhabi

Staying at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were very far, especially challenging with small children, requiring two lifts to access. However, upon request, we were relocated to a very spacious room for just over $300 per night, which was a positive change.

The hotel offered exceptional rooms with attention to the smallest details, alongside outstanding service, making my stay truly memorable. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited options for breakfast.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute joy! The rooms were spacious and insulated, offering a peaceful retreat from the marina circuit sound. The service was exceptional, especially from the attentive Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef who catered to our boys' nut allergies with genuine care. The location was a delightful surprise for me and my kids, with plenty to explore around Yas Island and Al Raha beach. The dining experience was satisfactory, although the buffet options could be more varied.

I had such a mixed experience at this hotel! The room with a balcony overlooking the Formula 1 racetrack was truly beautiful and super spacious, but unfortunately, it was very noisy from 9 am until after 10 pm. The service downstairs in Amici was amazing, with staff who made our stay feel extra special every time. The location at Yas Island is great for those who enjoy the Ferrari park and shopping at Yas Mall, although being far from the main attractions could be a downside. The dining experience offered a very extensive buffet, but some felt there could be more choices available.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The rooms were clean and well-kept, though a pillow change would be nice. I loved having a balcony with two chairs on the 2nd floor. The insulation in the rooms was great for avoiding noise from the marina circuit. The service was top-notch with helpful staff available whenever needed. The location was perfect for enjoying all that Yas Island has to offer, including attractions like Yas Water World and Ferrari World. The dining experience was delightful, especially the extraordinary dishes. The facilities met my expectations with all the necessary amenities available.

The hotel has very nice rooms, although they feel like something left over from the 70s with an odd chemical smell. It's far from the lobby and the restaurant, but the rooms are indeed very nice. The service is very cordial, yet there was an issue with staff understanding the access to the complex. The location is perfect for most attractions in Yas island, above the race track, but some staff were slow and poorly trained. The dining experience is good, with a fabulous breakfast selection, though some cleanliness issues were noted. Overall, the facilities are good with room for improvement in staff training and room odors.
